Sales Executive (New Business)

Read this first

This role is a step up. We are not looking for a battle-hardened enterprise closer with ten years of quota behind them.

Maybe you are an SDR or BDR who is tired of booking meetings for someone else to close. Maybe you are an account manager or customer success manager who keeps finding yourself selling anyway and wants to make it official. Maybe you are a junior AE who wants a bigger canvas.

What matters most to us is attitude. Given a problem, you have a go. You figure things out, then check your thinking with people around you. You learn constantly. And you understand that in sales, a no is progress, not a setback.

About Uniqodo

Uniqodo is a promotion intelligence platform used by some of the world's most recognised brands to run smarter, more profitable promotional campaigns. We sit at the intersection of eCommerce, data and growth marketing.

We do award-winning work with brands including Expedia, BT, EE, TUI, LG, Boots, QVC and The White Company, and we won Best Technology for Retail at the Performance Marketing Awards 2024.

We operate a zero-discrimination workplace where everyone is welcome. We solve challenges together, we encourage positive debate, and we genuinely look after each other. We have a proven product, paying customers and a compelling story. What we need now is someone to take that story to market.

The role

You will be key to driving new business growth, working closely with our CEO to build and convert a strong sales pipeline. You will build your own pipeline through outbound, network and partner relationships, and you will close deals. There is no warm inbound queue, and we will be upfront about that. But you will not be doing it alone: you will learn the ropes with direct coaching from the CEO and the backing of the whole leadership team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What you will do

  • Generate pipeline. Build and work a target account list through outbound, referrals and partner relationships. Own lead generation from research through to first meeting. Use HubSpot properly, as a working tool.
  • Progress and close. Run discovery, demos and commercial conversations, with coaching as you grow into it. Build relationships across prospect organisations and keep deals moving.
  • Learn the market. Get sharp on eCommerce, promotions and the affiliate and agency landscape. Bring what you learn back into the business.
  • Grow into ownership. Take accountability for your number, work with the CEO to build the new business playbook, and become someone the team learns from.

Who we think you are

We need to see:

  • Experience in a tech or SaaS sales environment in some form: SDR, BDR, junior AE, account management or customer success
  • Real comfort with outbound. You have picked up the phone cold, and it does not scare you
  • Resilience. You can take a run of no’s and come back the next day with energy
  • A self-starter mindset. You have a go, figure out an approach, then ask for input to check you are on the right track
  • Evidence that you learn fast and want to keep learning
  • Based in or around London
