Role Overview
We’re seeking an exceptional Business Development Executive to join our growing global team.
Direct Reporting
- Reports to the Head of Sales (Europe)
- Works closely with the Commercial team and potential partners

Responsibilities
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
✔ Consistently achieved sales targets
Outreach & Engagement
✔ Conduct proactive outreach to key decision-makers via:
- Phone calls
- Email communication
- Social media interaction
- End goal: onboard new business partners
Selling Process
✔ Present and promote products and services to prospects and existing partners ✔ Conduct live product demos to showcase value
Sales Cycle Management
✔ Handle the entire sales process, from prospecting to closure
Partner Collaboration
✔ Conduct cost-benefit and needs analysis to align our solutions with partners’ goals ✔ Tailor offerings to individual business objectives
Cross-Team Coordination
✔ Work closely with other teams to ensure a seamless partner experience
Industry Insights
✔ Track and share market trends with the commercial team
Lead Management
✔ Contact 100% of qualified inbound leads in a timely manner ✔ Document all call outcomes in the CRM
Direct Commercial Lead
✔ Serve as primary point of contact for partners on all commercial activities
Additional Responsibilities

Requirements & Qualifications
Essential
🔹 Minimum 1 year of solid B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of success 🔹 Preferred industry experience: SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms 🔹 Hunter mentality – someone who builds and maintains strong relationships 🔹 Highly organized, with excellent multitasking, prioritization, and time-management skills 🔹 Natural curiosity – eager to develop growing knowledge continuously
Added Bonus (Not Required, but a Strong Advantage)
🔹 Bi-lingual: Fluency in English + any additional language 🔹 Prior experience in the beauty or wellness industry

Compensation
- £30,000 base salary
- £10,000 variable component
- Accelerated commission when exceeding sales targets
