Vertu Vauxhall Chingford

We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive or an ambitious telesales professional looking to elevate their earning potential to join the team at Vertu Vauxhall Chingford. This role offers a competitive basic salary of £29,000, with an on target earnings (OTE) of £45,000 and uncapped commission, meaning top performers can earn up to £60,000.

We are seeking driven individuals with a strong telephone background, a resilient work ethic, and a passion for customer engagement. If you are comfortable spending several hours a day on the phones, highly motivated, and ready to use your outbound skills to drive face-to-face showroom sales, we want to hear from you. We provide full, comprehensive training. You bring the phone confidence and grit; we will teach you the automotive industry.

The Role

As a Sales Executive, you will represent Vauxhall, a major automotive brand built on quality, volume, and innovation. You will use your telesales stamina to proactively follow up leads, handle initial enquiries, and book appointments. From there, you will transition into a premium face-to-face consultative role.

You will guide customers through a seamless and enjoyable car-buying journey. From the first point of contact to the final handover, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end customer experience, ensuring every customer leaves confident and satisfied.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 12 months experience in a high-volume, target-driven telephone sales role is essential. This includes Telesales, Recruitment, Outbound Call Centres, Customer Retention, Appointment Setting, or B2B Lead Generation.
  • We also welcome high-performing Automotive Sales Executives with a proven sales record who are confident, proactive, and comfortable generating opportunities over the phone.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Full UK driving licence (Manual and Automatic).
