Blackburne Volkswagen is recruiting for an ambitious and experienced Sales Executive to join their team. As part of the top three automotive retailers in the UK, specialising in new and used vehicle sales, we represent 32 manufacturer brands across over 150 dealerships in the UK and Ireland.

Role: Sales Executive
£25,000 basic + uncapped commission Full-time, permanent contract OTE up to £50,000 per annum
Hours: Monday–Friday: 08:30–18:00 Saturday: 09:00–17:00 Sunday: 11:00–15:00 One day off per week, plus flexible weekend rosters
About the Role
Blackburne Volkswagen seeks an outgoing, hardworking Sales Executive to specialise in either new or used car sales, delivering first-class customer service. You will build strong relationships with both colleagues and clients, understanding and meeting customer needs professionally and with integrity.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers via email, telephone, and in-person engagement
- Recommend suitable vehicles tailored to customer requirements
- Organise and escort customers on test drives
- Negotiate final sale prices effectively
- Process sale paperwork accurately and promptly
- Liaise with internal departments to streamline customer service
- Track and meet sales targets while maintaining strong communication skills

Requirements
Essential:
- A passionate, self-motivated drive and enthusiasm for the automotive industry
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Team-oriented mindset with a focus on providing outstanding service
- A full UK driving license (to drive top-tier vehicles)
- Ability to work with commission to reach targets
Preferable (but not essential):
- Previous experience in sales or the motor trade
