The Role

As an Account Executive, you'll play a key role in supporting commercial growth across existing and new accounts, helping to strengthen customer relationships while identifying opportunities to maximise performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with retail partners, distributors, and key customers.
  • Supporting the delivery of sales plans across multiple channels, including retail and e-commerce.
  • Working closely with internal teams to execute commercial initiatives, product launches, and promotional activity.
  • Monitoring account performance and identifying opportunities to drive sustainable growth.
  • Supporting brand visibility through collaboration with digital, marketing, and commercial teams.
  • Providing exceptional customer service while ensuring accounts receive best-in-class support.

About You

We're looking for someone who is commercially curious, relationship-driven, and excited by the pace of a growing consumer brand.

You'll ideally have:

  • Experience in sales, account management, business development, or customer success.
  • Exposure to beauty, wellness, premium consumer goods, or retail is advantageous.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with experience managing B2B customers.
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong commercial awareness.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple priorities.
