Sales Executive – Training & Professional Development
Location: Hybrid – 2 days per week in the office (Wednesday & Thursday)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
Salary: £30,000- £40,000 + Bonus
Are you a confident, target-driven sales professional who enjoys building relationships and helping people achieve their career goals?
We’re looking for an ambitious Sales Executive to join a growing training provider, selling a range of professional development and digital learning programmes, including CIPD and Microsoft-accredited courses.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a consultative sales environment, enjoys working with both individuals and businesses, and wants to be part of a supportive, high-performing team.
The Role
You’ll manage the full sales cycle from initial enquiry through to enrolment, converting both inbound and outbound opportunities into successful programme starts. Working with individual learners (B2C) and employer clients (B2B), you’ll take a consultative approach to understand their needs and recommend the most suitable training solutions.
Alongside generating new business, you’ll build long-term relationships with learners and employer partners, identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, and work closely with colleagues across marketing and candidate engagement to maximise commercial opportunities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
