Project Sales Executive
Gainsborough | £30,000 - £40,000 + Quarterly Bonus + Excellent Benefits

Due to continued growth, our client is looking for a Project Sales Executive to join their expanding team. Working closely with customers and the technical department, you'll manage enquiries, prepare quotations and help deliver bespoke engineering solutions. The role will initially focus on supporting existing customers before progressing into a more business development-focused position as you grow within the business.

- Salary between £30,000 and £40,000, depending on experience.
- Quarterly bonus scheme with realistic additional earnings of £4,000-£6,000 per year, with an initial guaranteed bonus while targets are established.

Responsibilities of a Project Sales Executive:
- Managing incoming customer enquiries.
- Reviewing technical drawings and customer specifications.
- Preparing quotations and technical proposals.
- Supporting and growing an established customer base.
- Developing new business opportunities across a variety of industrial sectors.
- Liaising with internal estimating and production teams.
- Following up quotations by telephone, email and customer visits.
- Attending client meetings, exhibitions and industry events in the UK and overseas.
- Building long-term customer relationships and delivering exceptional service.

Requirements of a Project Sales Executive:
- Experience within manufacturing, fabrication, mechanical engineering or a similar industrial environment.
- Previous experience working from drawings or fabrication specifications.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Commercial awareness and confidence dealing with engineers, buyers and procurement professionals.
- Good IT skills.
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn.
