Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of one of the UK's fastest-growing occupational health providers for an experienced Sales Executive to join its expanding commercial team based in Manchester.

Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially driven Sales Executive with experience within the occupational health surveillance and occupational hygiene sector.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities while managing and growing relationships with existing clients. Working closely with internal operational teams, they will provide tailored occupational health and occupational hygiene solutions that meet each client's compliance and wellbeing objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across a range of industry sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Generate sales through proactive business development activities, networking, and referrals.
- Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and presentations.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial enquiry through to contract completion.
- Work collaboratively with operational and clinical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of occupational health, occupational hygiene, and workplace compliance requirements.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to wider business growth objectives.

Requirements
- Previous experience in a Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, or Business Development Manager position.
- Proven sales and business development experience within the occupational health surveillance and occupational hygiene industry is essential.
- Strong understanding of occupational health services and workplace compliance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to winning new business.
- Full UK driving licence.
