Job Title: Sales Executive Location: Anytime Fitness Hayling Island Job Type: Part-Time (Flexible) About Us: Anytime Fitness Hayling Island is part of a global fitness franchise dedicated to helping people live healthier lives. With global access, a welcoming community, and top-quality equipment, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional member experiences and results-driven support. The Role: We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a target-driven environment, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about health and fitness. Key Responsibilities: Proactively generate new membership leads through outreach, referrals, and local marketing Conduct club tours and confidently present membership options Convert enquiries into memberships and consistently achieve sales targets Build strong relationships with new and existing members Support retention strategies and member engagement activities Maintain accurate records of sales activity using CRM systems Assist with social media, promotions, and community events Deliver outstanding customer service at all times What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service (fitness industry experience is a bonus) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude Comfortable working towards and exceeding targets Passion for fitness, health, and wellbeing Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends What We Offer: Competitive base salary + commission structure Complimentary gym membership Ongoing training and career development opportunities A fun, supportive, and energetic working environment Opportunity to grow within a global fitness brand
