Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
- Demonstrated experience selling software, SaaS, or IT services.
- Strong understanding of IT services, SaaS solutions, and technology products.
- Proven ability to generate leads, prospect new clients, and build a robust sales pipeline.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Familiarity with online sales platforms and professional networking tools.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

- Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities across global markets.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email outreach, networking, referrals, and other business development initiatives.
- Present, position, and sell IT solutions, including custom software development, cloud services, and IT outsourcing.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and deal closure.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, quotations, and sales presentations tailored to client requirements.
- Maintain accurate sales records, track pipeline activities, and update CRM systems regularly.
- Collaborate closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure client requirements are clearly understood and successfully delivered.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
