Role Overview

Location: South Woodham Ferrers Ford Contract Type: Permanent, full-time Salary: OTE (On-Target Earnings) up to £50,000 per annum plus company car (including £25,000 basic plus uncapped commission) Hours: 44 hours per week

  • Monday–Friday: 08:30–18:00
  • Saturday: 09:00–17:00
  • Sunday: 11:00–15:00 (One day off per week + weekends on a rota basis)

We are recruiting for an ambitious and experienced Sales Executive to join our hard-working and friendly team. Specialising in either new or used car sales, you will work alongside our passionate sales team to deliver first-class customer service.

A successful candidate will be a team player with exceptional communication skills, able to build rapport with both colleagues and customers. Our Sales Executives act as key points of contact, paying close attention to customer preferences.


Responsibilities

  • Communicating with customers via email, telephone, and in-person interactions
  • Suggesting and recommending suitable vehicles based on customer needs and preferences
  • Arranging and accompanying customers on test drives
  • Negotiating the final sale price
  • Completing paperwork efficiently for each completed sale
  • Liaising with various dealer departments to ensure seamless customer service

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role or within the motor trade is preferred, but not essential – we welcome fresh talent
  • Must hold a full UK driving licence (as you may drive some of the most prestigious vehicles)
  • Enthusiasm for the automotive industry and a passion for delivering excellent customer service
