Job Opportunity: Van Sales Executive (Urgent Requirement)

As we scale our operations, we are looking for a tenacious, results-oriented Van Sales Executive to join our team and drive our market presence to the next level.
This is a high-stakes, high-reward role for a "closer" who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by uncapped earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Actively canvass and acquire new B2B accounts (retailers, independent grocers, and wholesalers).
  • Account Management: Maintain and grow existing relationships through regular visits and exceptional service.
  • Sales Execution: Meet and exceed strict sales targets and KPIs.
  • Logistics: Manage stock levels within the vehicle, ensuring timely delivery and professional presentation of products.

Candidate Requirements

  • Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven sales experience (preferably in the FMCG or ethnic grocery sector).
  • Licensing: Must hold a valid UK Full Driving License.
  • Cultural Competency: Strong familiarity with South Asian (Indian) food markets and consumer preferences.
  • Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Resilience: Ability to work under pressure and hit targets in a competitive landscape.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Remuneration: This is a Commission-Only position, offering high earning potential for top performers.
  • Probation: An intensive 8 to 10-month probation period to ensure a perfect fit for our high-performance culture.
  • Visa Sponsorship: For candidates who successfully complete the probation period and consistently meet performance benchmarks, Visa Sponsorship will be offered.
