Job Overview: Sales Executive
We’re expanding our commercial team with a proactive, hunter-driven Sales Executive to capitalize on a massive B2B marketing opportunity. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a consultative sales approach, eager to grow our business through outbound B2B selling and collaboration with core stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Sales Process Management: Steer the end-to-end sales process while tracking delivery of key performance metrics (KPIs).
- Territory Strategy: Develop a Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, identify high-potential territories, and create a qualified target account list within 30 days.
- Pipeline Development: Build a high-velocity pipeline through cold outreach (calls/emails), sector insights, and market intelligence.
- Pipeline Maintenance: Consistently audit and update the pipeline to exceed sales targets.
- Strategic Selling: Position Automaise solutions through value-based selling, ROI analysis, business case development, references, and analyst-driven insights.
- Account Planning: Design and execute strategic account plans for high-value opportunities.
- Navigation of Complex Sales Cycles: Engage with gatekeepers, influencers, and decision-makers (CFOs, Operations Heads, CXOs) to drive momentum.
- Collaborative Sales Execution: Work closely with Sales Engineers, VPs, and C-level leadership to ensure seamless deal progression.
- Revenue Forecasting & Target Achievement: Deliver accurate monthly forecasts, align pipeline activity with revenue targets, and drive midmarket customer acquisitions.
Must-Have Requirements
- Proven track record of selling SaaS solutions in customer service/contact center contexts.
- Ability to close complex, commercially significant deals with Customer Service/Operations/IT/BPO leadership.
- History of consistently outperforming sales targets in a high-pressure commercial environment.
- Hunter mentality: Thrives on greenfield prospecting and building new businesses from scratch.
- Planning & organisational acumen: Strong ability to juggle multiple initiatives while maintaining focus on deliverables.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Deep empathy for the admin workforce’s pain points, ability to validate challenges with service/execution acumen.
- Consultative Sales Approach: Focuses on delivering measurable customer results through partnership-driven closing strategies.
- Collaborative Spirit: “Company-first” attitude; champions teamwork to accelerate collective success.
- Language Proficiency: Native or fluent in Portuguese is non-negotiable. Fluency in a second European language is a strong differentiator.
