Responsibilities

  • Transform opportunities into confirmed bookings for corporate and social events as well as film shoots
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and local agents to ensure repeat business
  • Monitor local competitors and marketplace news to identify and new sales leads
  • Maintain CRM and reports accuracy, prepare detailed proposals, and issue contracts and event sheets

  • Minimum 2 years in hospitality or events sales
  • Good verbal and written English. Listening, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Natural Hospitality Traits
  • Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) and CRM software. Knowledge of other applications such as Canva and Excel would be a plus
  • Organisation. Attention to detail. Doing the right thing. Looking for solutions instead of problems
