As a Sales Executive, you'll take ownership of the full sales process, speaking directly with business owners and senior decision-makers across North America to sell exhibition stands and sponsorship packages for our flagship Miami events.

This is a high-performance, phone-based sales role where your results directly influence your earnings and career progression.
Exceptional performers can rapidly progress into Senior Sales, Sales Management, and ultimately International Event Director positions.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing business
- Selling exhibition space and sponsorship packages over the phone
- Speaking daily with business owners, founders, and senior executives
- Building long-term client relationships across North America
- Understanding client objectives and delivering tailored exhibition solutions
- Managing a high-value sales pipeline
- Negotiating and closing new business opportunities
- Working closely with marketing and event teams to maximise event success
- Attending live exhibitions and securing deals onsite
What We're Looking For

You'll ideally be:
- Confident and persuasive over the phone
- Highly motivated by uncapped commission
- Competitive with a strong desire to succeed
- Resilient and determined
- Commercially minded with excellent communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
- Ambitious with aspirations to progress into leadership

Previous B2B sales or telesales experience is advantageous but not essential. Full sales training and ongoing coaching will be provided for the right individual.
