We’re looking for a forward-thinking Sales Executive to drive our expansion in the UK & EMEA, with a focus on the Property & Casualty (P&C) market. Join our sales team at the forefront of driving revenue growth, shaping strategy, and building impactful partnerships.

The Role
You will: ✅ Lead UK/EMEA sales growth within the P&C market, leveraging advanced solution-based selling techniques. ✅ Define and execute a revenue strategy, including brand awareness through industry conferences and events. ✅ Use a proven sales playbook with evidence-backed methodologies to secure new clients. ✅ Work in a supportive high-performance team, blending hybrid remote and office-based working with occasional travel to our London office.
This is a UK-based role with remote flexibility, making it ideal for those passionate about driving revenue in cutting-edge insurance technology.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Strategy & Execution
- Develop a market-aligned sales execution plan integrating segments, resources, marketing, and channels into the financial revenue plan.
- Deliver a Segmented GTM (Go-to-Market) plan leveraging campaigns, events, and partnerships for growth.
- Collaborate with commercial, finance, product management, and marketing on pricing strategies, business models, and messaging.
- Proactively review sales performance vs. sales plan, identifying and managing at-risk revenue.

Leadership & Accountability
- Resolve issues across marketing, sales, and account management with a collaborative approach.
- Drive cross-functional GTM alignment to optimise business development efforts.
Pipeline & Deal Management
- Design a clear sales pipeline mapping lead-to-close methodology, including:
- Defined INSTANDA sales stages and % probability of close by stage.
- Stage advancement criteria and resource involvement at each stage.
- Execute the sales process with clear tactics: stakeholder strategy, pursuit plans, and professional presentations.
- Lead contract negotiations with both clients and internal stakeholders.
Partnership & Channel Development
- Expand the partner network, identifying technology partners, influencers, and resellers.
- Ensure partners are incentivised to recommend INSTANDA.
- Act as an executive sponsor for partner sales efforts, driving alignment and growth.
What You’ll Bring
Experience & Skills
- 5+ years in P&C insurance sales, with a track record of mid-tier/enterprise deal winning.
- Experience in structuring, negotiating, and executing high-impact deals that drive financial and strategic benefits.
- Strategic thinking to prioritise opportunities that maximise impact in both revenue and growth.
- Deep industry knowledge of P&C insurance, including MGAs (Managing General Agents).
- Executive presence and ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Strong business acumen with a bias for results and an ability to turn data into action.
