Sales Executive, PropTech AI (B2B, full sales cycle)

NeXCell Solutions | ConneX | UK, fully remote | Uncapped commission | Flexible hours

We build ConneX, an AI receptionist and CRM for UK estate agencies, and we are hiring salespeople who can close.

There is no base salary in this role. There is also no cap. You control your hours, you control your days, and you get paid on results. At six months, there is a performance review with the opportunity to move into a permanent salaried position.

The company

NeXCell Solutions is a London-based AI and PropTech company. Our product is ConneX: an AI receptionist built to catch the enquiries agencies miss, paired with a CRM designed for UK residential estate agents. We are now taking it to decision-makers across the country, and you will work directly with the founding team.

The role

You will sell to estate agencies and businesses across the UK property sector and run the full cycle yourself: outreach, first conversation, negotiation, signed contract. We provide qualified leads from day one. The best performers build their own pipeline on top.

You must be based in the UK. The role is fully remote: no office days, and your week is yours to organise.

What you will do

  • Reach out to UK estate agencies and property businesses to introduce ConneX
  • Run deals over phone, video and email, from first touch to signed contract
  • Keep a well-organised pipeline with consistent follow-through
  • Hit weekly targets that unlock bonus tiers
  • Source your own leads alongside the ones we provide
  • Represent NeXCell and ConneX with professionalism and a real interest in AI and PropTech

Who this suits

  • No degree required. No set industry background either, although experience in estate agency, lettings or property counts strongly in your favour.
  • Proven sales experience in any environment where you had to win the deal
  • Clear, confident, personable communication
  • Strong self-organisation and pipeline discipline
  • Comfortable on the phone and in front of people
  • Reliable, ambitious and motivated to earn
  • At your best with autonomy and pace

  • Selling into estate agencies or the wider property sector
  • Apollo or another lead generation platform
