Sales Executive

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)
  • Bonus: Fantastic monthly + annual bonus based on company performance
  • Hours: Rotational shifts (5 days work, 2 days off) averaging 42.5 hours per week with weekend work involved

About the Role

We’re looking for enthusiastic, passionate, honest, and service-driven individuals to help us deliver an exceptional car-buying experience. No prior car knowledge? No problem—we’ll train you everything you need!

As a Sales Executive at WBAC, you’ll:

  • Buy cars while keeping branch operations running smoothly
  • Be the main customer point of contact for our entire pre-sale to post-sale journey
  • Schedule appointments, conduct vehicle appraisals, negotiate deals, and close sales
  • Liaise with back-office teams and colleagues to ensure seamless customer experiences

Responsibilities

✓ Sales & Customer Care

  • Investigate customer needs and prioritise your schedule to achieve targets.
  • Deliver expert appraisals, negotiate prices, and close deals efficiently.
  • Nurture long-term relationships with clients for advocate success.

✓ Branch Efficiency & Collaboration

  • Maintain operational excellence by supporting branch processes.
  • Work autonomously and under pressure—lone work will be common.
  • Proactively coordinate with internal teams to drive customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Full UK manual driving licence
  • Experience in a target-driven sales/retail environment (preferred)
  • Strong customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently (lone working) under pressure.
  • Organisational prowess to prioritise workload effectively.
  • Sound administration and IT skills (proficient in basic software tools).
