Sales Executive

Field Sales Executive – Nestlé Convenience

Ready for a role that's more than just another day in retail?

Full Time, Permanent | Monday-Friday (37.5 hours per week)

Salary & Benefits:

  • £25,000 – £26,500 per annum (up to £31,800 per annum OTE including up to 20% bonus)
  • Company car & fuel card

Location:

  • Territory covering Cardiff, Newport, Merthyr Tydfil and surrounding areas

This summer, take on a field-based sales role where you’ll:

  • Manage your own territory
  • Build relationships with local businesses
  • Drive sales for beloved Nestlé brands, including KitKat, Aero, Yorkie, and Smarties

No micromanaging—just ownership, variety, and results-performed rewards.


A Typical Day Includes:

  • Building rapport with store owners and decision-makers
  • Maximising sales opportunities across retailers
  • Securing shelf visibility for new product launches and seasonal campaigns
  • Using data to identify growth opportunities
  • Ensuring brand availability, visibility, and shopper-friendly placement
  • Creating engaging in-store displays
  • Stock management (cash & carry services, including manual handling)
  • Supporting promotions and increasing brand presence
  • Planning and managing territory visits independently

  • Confident communicator who thrives on relationship-building
  • Commercially curious: Pays attention to sales trends and customer preferences
  • Comfortable with independent time management and autonomy
  • Proficiency with mobile apps & basic sales data
  • Experience in field sales, retail, or merchandising is beneficial but attitude matters most
