Sales Executive – Remote
Salary: £45,000–£50,000 base + uncapped commission Location: Remote (UK) Type: Full Time, Permanent Reports to: CRO
About The Role
An established UK-based cyber security solutions provider is seeking a driven Sales Executive to join its expanding sales team. The organisation specialises in data protection, email security, consultancy, and professional services, operating across the UK and Europe.
This position is ideal for someone with 2–3+ years’ experience in internal/inside sales, looking to transition into a more autonomous, client-facing role. The successful candidate will take ownership of new business development, build a strong pipeline, and develop long-term relationships with customers and technology vendors. Full product training and ongoing career development are provided.

Key Responsibilities
- New business development
- Pipeline generation and management
- Account development and relationship nurturing
- Vendor engagement and partner collaboration
- Meeting sales targets and KPIs
Requirements
- 2–3+ years’ experience in internal/inside sales or business development within IT, technology, or cyber security
- Strong objection handling, negotiation, and closing skills
- Enthusiasm for progressing into a field-based, relationship-driven sales role
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to engage with both technical and non-technical audiences (including senior decision-makers)
- Self-motivated, highly organised, and adept at managing priorities and time
- Experience using a CRM for pipeline management and forecasting
- Familiarity with or interest in cyber security, particularly email security and DLP (training provided)
- Full UK driving licence
