The Role:
The Sales Executive (Exhibitors & Buyers) plays a pivotal role in driving the commercial success of one of our flagship events through the recruitment and management of high-quality exhibitors and global buyers. This role is responsible for delivering revenue targets, building strong long-term relationships, and supporting the seamless execution of the event through proactive sales activity, relationship management, and market insight.
Key Success Criteria
- Sales Performance: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual exhibitor and buyer revenue targets.
- Database Growth & Quality: Grow and maintain a high-quality prospect database through effective lead generation and qualification.
- Client Engagement & Retention: Build trusted relationships with exhibitors and buyers, driving strong retention and repeat participation.
- Event Contribution: Effectively manage exhibitor and buyer logistics and contribute to a high-quality, well-delivered event experience.

Core Responsibilities
- Recruit and manage exhibitors and buyers in line with the event’s commercial and community strategy.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets set by the Event Manager.
- Generate and qualify new exhibitor and buyer leads to grow a high-quality prospect database.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with exhibitors and buyers to drive retention and repeat business.
- Process applications efficiently and manage CRM and registration systems to ensure accurate data and effective appointment matching.
- Support exhibitor and buyer logistics, liaising with hotels, DMCs, and internal teams to ensure smooth event delivery.
- Produce regular sales and pipeline reports, tracking performance against targets.
- Conduct market and competitor research, attending industry events to identify trends, opportunities, and new prospects.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and event teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
- Travel internationally and provide on-site support during events as required.
Core Skills & Requirements
- 1–2 years’ experience in luxury travel, hospitality, or hotel sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
- Experience using CRM and Event Management systems (Salesforce preferred).
- Highly organised with excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Commercially minded, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
- Passion for luxury travel and relationship-driven sales.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, and diary management tools.
- Willingness to travel internationally and work flexible hours, particularly during events.

Position Type:
Permanent, with a 4-day working week. Our hybrid model includes 3 days in the office (located in Shepherd's Bush), 1 day working from home, and every Friday as a non-working day as standard.
