Sales Executive (Saas, Fintech, Prop Trading, Gaming, Insurance background)
IBMC is assisting a high-growth Fintech and Trading Technology firm that empowers entrepreneurs to launch and scale their own Proprietary Trading businesses. We provide the complete mission-critical technology stack—from sophisticated CRM systems and trader dashboards to automated challenge setups and backend infrastructure. We are looking for a high-energy, "Hunter" mindset Sales Representative to drive new client acquisition globally. This isn't a traditional corporate sales role, we need someone dynamic who thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes industries like Fintech, High-Risk Payments, Gaming, or Insurance. You will engage with entrepreneurs and traders, educating them on our SaaS solutions and guiding them through the complex process of launching a prop firm. Key Responsibilities Business Development: Actively generate and qualify high-value leads through strategic outbound prospecting and inbound follow-ups. Product Evangelism: Conduct high-impact product demos and sales calls, articulating the technical and commercial advantages of our Prop Trading SaaS and CRM. Solution Mapping: Understand the unique goals of each entrepreneur and tailor our technology stack to fit their business model. Closing & Onboarding: Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing, ensuring a seamless handover to the technical onboarding team. Relationship Management: Build long-term trust with firm owners, acting as a strategic partner in their growth. KPI Driven: Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets and performance KPIs in a competitive global market. Experience: Minimum 2+ years of professional sales experience. We prioritize candidates from dynamic, high-growth industries such as SaaS, Fintech, High-Risk Payments, iGaming, or Insurance. (Note: We are looking for "Hunters," not just account managers). Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of Trading (Forex, CFDs, Crypto) and the Prop Trading model (evaluations, funded accounts, and payouts) is a massive advantage. Tech Literacy: Familiarity with trading ecosystems (MetaTrader, cTrader, etc.) or complex SaaS platforms. Communication: Native or Near-Native English proficiency. While we are open to candidates living anywhere (Dubai, Europe, APAC, etc.), the ability to engage with Western markets (UK, Ireland, Germany) is crucial. Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation, closing, and objection-handling skills. Mindset: Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fully remote, global environment. Competitive Base Salary: Aligned with global standards and experience. Uncapped Commission: A high-reward structure for top performers. Work from Anywhere: Fully remote setup—location is flexible as long as the results are delivered. Global Exposure: Direct involvement in the cutting-edge Proprietary Trading industry. Flexible Culture: Results-oriented environment with paid annual leave and public holidays.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
