Are you a Sales Executive, Business Development Executive or similar with experience in Seafreight looking to join a well-established logistics company where you'll have the autonomy to develop new business and build long-term customer relationships?

Do you want to join a growing freight forwarding business offering the opportunity to work across air, sea, and road freight, develop your commercial expertise, and become a key part of an ambitious and supportive sales team?

On offer is a fantastic opportunity to join an established freight and Logistics company servicing customers across domestic and international markets. You'll take ownership of generating new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and delivering tailored freight solutions across imports and exports, while benefiting from ongoing support and long-term career progression.

This role would suit a Sales Executive, Business Development Executive or similar with experience within freight forwarding looking to further their career in a business where they'll have genuine autonomy, the opportunity to influence growth, and excellent prospects for professional development.

In this role, the successful Sales & Development Executive or similar will identify and secure new business opportunities and manage old clients across air, sea, and road freight, prepare competitive quotations, negotiate commercial agreements, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. They will work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to develop import and export business, represent the company both in the office and out meeting clients, and contribute to the continued growth of the business.

The Role:

  • Developing new business across air, sea, and road freight for import and export customers
  • Preparing quotations, negotiating commercial agreements, and managing customer relationships
  • Working closely with Sales and Operations teams to identify opportunities and drive business growth

The Person:

  • Sales Executive, Business Development Executive or similar
  • Freight forwarding sales experience across air, sea, or road freight
  • Strong commercial, negotiation, and customer relationship skills
  • Looking to build a long-term career within an established logistics business
