Role Purpose
Carvers Interiors is looking for a commercially driven Sales Executive to help grow the UK wholesale distribution of Steel Cucine and Lofra premium appliances. The role is focused on creating new retail partnerships, securing showroom displays and building long-term dealer relationships with independent kitchen retailers, appliance specialists, and premium showroom operators. This is a hands-on business development role for someone who is confident in opening doors, managing their own diary, and representing premium brands in a professional, credible way.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach independent kitchen retailers, appliance specialists, premium showrooms and relevant trade partners.
- Build a structured prospect pipeline from first contact through to meeting, trial, display commitment, first order, and repeat orders.
- Secure in-store display space for Steel Cucine and Lofra Cookers products while supporting retailers in correctly presenting these brands.
- Develop strong working relationships with store owners, showroom managers, designers, and sales teams.
- Deliver product training to ensure retail teams can confidently explain product features, positioning, and key selling points.
- Support dealers with pricing, quotations, product selection, availability queries, and general sales support.
- Collaborate with internal teams on marketing activities, dealer communication, product launches, and sales campaigns.
- Track visits, opportunities, display wins, account progress, and sales performance through clear reporting.

Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in field sales, business development, or account management.
- Experience in kitchens, appliances, KBB, interiors, premium retail, or trade distribution will be highly beneficial.
- Strong communicator capable of engaging with business owners and showroom sales teams to build rapport.
- Self-motivated, organised individual comfortable working independently in their territory.
- Commercially aware with a target-driven mindset to identify and pursue realistic growth opportunities.
- Maintains a professional presentation and ensures premium brands are represented appropriately.
- Willingness to travel regularly and conduct face-to-face customer visits.
Key Performance Measures
- Number of quality customer visits completed, with clear outcomes recorded.
- New retail accounts opened and progressed efficiently.
- Showroom display opportunities secured for Steel Cucine and Lofra.
- Training sessions delivered for dealer staff to improve product understanding.
- Pipeline movement from prospect to active account.
- Repeat ordering and overall account development post-retail establishment.
- Contribution to brand awareness and wholesale growth.
