Farnborough Audi – Sales Executive Position
Location: Farnborough Contract Type: Permanent, full-time Salary: OTE up to £50,000 per annum plus company car (including £25,000 basic plus uncapped commission) Hours: 44 hours per week
- Monday–Friday: 08:30 – 18:00
- Saturday: 09:00 – 17:00
- Sunday: 11:00 – 15:00 (One day off per week and weekend shifts on a rota basis)
About the Role
Farnborough Audi is recruiting for an ambitious and experienced Sales Executive to join the team on site, specialising in either new car or used car sales.
As part of our hard-working and friendly sales team, you’ll focus on providing first-class customer service. Sales Executives are key points of contact who actively listen, engage with customers, and drive sales through their ability to build rapport, communicate effectively, and understand customer needs.
Responsibilities
Your role will include but is not limited to:
- Communicating with customers via email, telephone, and in person
- Suggesting suitable vehicles based on customer requirements
- Arranging and accompanying customers on test drives
- Negotiating final sales prices
- Completing all relevant sale paperwork
- Liaising with various departments (e.g., finance, logistics) to ensure seamless customer service

Key Requirements & Qualities
We are looking for a self-motivated, ambitious, and hard-working individual with:

Previous experience in a similar role or within the motor trade is preferred but not essential. This is an opportunity to join a growing team looking for both veteran talent and fresh contributions.

A full UK driving licence is a requirement due to frequent use of premium vehicles.
