EVRi premium – Field Sales Executive
About the Role
We’re seeking a driven, energetic, and ambitious Field Sales Executive to join our SME Sales Team at EVRi premium.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone who excels in winning new business and building long-term relationships.
You’ll act as the face of EVRi premium, actively growing our business by creating opportunities from scratch—prospecting clients, converting prospects, and securing new contracts. Each day will bring the challenge of p pitch ingredients, negotiate deals, and close deals, while managing a self-driven territory like your own mini business.
Resilience, motivation, and a proactive approach are critical as you’ll build relationships, close high-value deals, and hit targets. In return, you’ll benefit from freedom, autonomy, and support from a collaborative team.

Responsibilities
Your role will be target-focused and fast-paced, demanding consistency and ownership:
- Build and managing a strong pipeline of new business opportunities
- Generate your own leads and convert prospects into long-term clients
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Use our CRM system to track sales activity and pipeline
- Deliver a seamless client onboarding experience
- Build long-lasting customer relationships
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure excellent service
- Monitor new client performance and support clients in their early lifecycle
Requirements
We’re looking for:
- A hungry and ambitious self-starter willing to go the extra mile
- Confident communicators with strong interpersonal skills
- Someone driven by targets with a passion for winning new business
- Proactive, energetic, and self-motivated (previous field or telesales experience in B2B is advantageous but not required)
- Comfortable with cold outreach and building pipelines
- Strong negotiation and customer influencing skills
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage a territory independently
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
