Role Overview
We are looking for Sales Executive Cross Industry Solutions (CIS) with experience in solutions sales selling into the Telecom and Media industry, Consumer and Retail and Healthcare. TMT, CnR, HLS offers both software development, and consulting, delivery & support services that enable our customers to drive the necessary transformation required to survive in a rapidly changing competitive landscape.
Our Sales leader needs to understand the industry dynamics and ensure that our Telco, CnR, Healthcare Industry sales teams are positioning our software development solutions most effectively at a senior level with our clients to ensure we are able to drive this transformation within the industry and position Luxoft as a leader in the Telecom Industry, Healthcare and Consumer & Retail.

Responsibilities
- Sales coverage
- Builds well targeted business plans and strategies for allocating resources and driving sales activities to achieve margin; collaborates within the company and with the field to prioritize, facilitate and direct the use of resources
- Account Planning
- Assists in planning sales strategy; manages the internal processes in support of Account Managers and selling activities; aligns tactical account plans with overall corporate strategy; actively develops and manages geography business plans to meet revenue goals; develops robust, comprehensive plans that articulate the strategies/requirements essential for focusing sales activities, forecasting accurately and communicating sales progress; actively manages and signs off on account business plans through scheduled reviews and updates
- Pipeline management
- Builds, monitors and orchestrates sales pipelines to ensure continuous population of near and long term opportunities; manages the size, shape and quality of pipeline; analyzes overall win rates and win/loss ratios
- Deal management
- Critically assesses deals to ensure soundness and problem-free processing by the company back-end operations; Monitors the number of deals with sales methodologies reviewed by TMT, CnR, EU Global Leader

Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 10+ years of Sales & Account management experience.
- A deep understanding of Energy & Utilities, Telecom & Media, and Consumer & Retail industry trends, business challenges, and technology solutions
- A proven track record of achieving new business development, revenue, and profitability targets and managing profit-and-loss for large accounts.
- Experience within a global organization of considerable size, scope, and complexity.
- Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and commercial awareness.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to engage effectively with C-suite executives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for quantitative analysis and decision-making.
- Executive presence with the ability to build trust at senior levels.
- Excellence in stakeholder management, conflict resolution
- Strong consultative selling approach, in-depth industry knowledge and relevant network.
