About the role
Working within a Sales team and supporting our Account Managers, the person in this role will assist with outbound calls; generating and progressing enquiries. You will help to achieve confirmed bookings and carry out a range of sales and administrative tasks. For the right individual, this is an ideal opportunity to eventually become an Account Manager and to learn and develop a career within a growing sector within the travel industry.

About the skills, knowledge and experience we’re after
Brilliant outbound telephone sales. Front of house customer service experience. Office administration skills. An aptitude for systems including a good knowledge of all MS applications (Word, PowerPoint and Excel). Strong organisational skills. Excellent all round communication skills with a great telephone manner. Ideally you will have had some prior experience within travel or leisure. Knowledge of both European and international destinations. An interest in education.
About the person
You will have a can do approach and take pride in delivering your work to a high standard with superb attention to detail. You should also be able to communicate your passion for travel and be keen to experience and learn more about our products.

Work Arrangements
This is a full time role (36.25 hours per week). Following your induction period, we offer hybrid working (at least 3 days per week from our central Brighton office).
