Sales Executive (Truck) – Greater London
About the Role
Are you a seasoned truck sales professional with a proven track record against challenging targets? Do you bring experience from a truck sales environment and a passion for promoting the MAN brand?
We’re looking for an experienced sales professional to join our Truck Team on a full-time, permanent basis, covering the Greater London area.
As a Sales Executive, you will:
- Develop strategies to meet annual sales targets within your territory.
- Actively promote truck and ancillary product sales (including MAN vehicles, financial products, and after-sales services).
- Demonstrate technical expertise in showcasing the MAN truck range.
- Understand customer business needs and provide tailored guidance on funding options.
- Build strong relationships, deliver engaging presentations, and uphold the MAN brand reputation.
We are seeking candidates who thrive in fast-paced sales environments, are adept at upselling, and excel at promoting financial and after-sales services—ensuring both short- and long-term customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed annual sales targets through proactive outreach and client engagement.
- Provide technical demonstrations of MAN vehicle specifications to potential buyers.
- Guide customers by explaining financial leasing options, loan products, and after-sales services.
- Collaborate productively within a busy sales team, demonstrating agility and adaptability.
- Act as a trusted advisor by deeply understanding customer requirements and industry trends.
- Represent MAN brand values with professionalism and integrity at all times.

Person Specification
We’re looking for candidates who can bring the following:
- **Extensive experience in truck sales**, ideally within manufacturer or dealer environments.
- Proven ability to **hit or exceed sales targets** in **challenging markets**.
- High levels of **طقة prediction**, with a confident rapport in engaging with high-value clients.
- In-depth **vehicles expertise** for the **MAN truck range**, including technical knowledge and outcomes.
- Comfortable **developing relationship or cohoping** customers on all aspects of ownership and discusses own particular cost and TFS diesel revenue group that is.
- Strong **understanding of funding options**—bank finance, escamollah, light hire purchase, etc.—and ability to advise appropriately.
- **Passion for branding** with the ability to impressistically tout their vehicles and commercial value.
- Self-motivation to continue updating industry knowledge and supply best,
- Sales of exhibited habits and **fresh standard review advice** across team and also manage client environment.
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence (knowledge of commercial transport logistics beneficial).
- At least 3+ years in truck sales or a related commercial industry.
- Interest in build automobile marketing or partnership construction and practice.
- Strong writing representation and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to travel across the Greater London area and work flexible hours as required.
