Sales Executive – North West Region (Leyland, Runcorn, Widnes, Blackburn, Deeside)

About the Role

We’re seeking a Sales Executive to join our North West team, based in Leyland, Runcorn, Widnes, Blackburn, and Deeside. This Thursday-to-Monday (odd-weekend/evening/workaround) role involves delivering a professional service to both customers and potential buyers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generating sales while meeting financial targets for allocated developments
  • Supporting customers throughout their buying journey—via in-person visits, phone, email, and regular updates
  • Ensuring consistent follow-up protocols are followed, including handling complaints and issues effectively
  • Working closely with the Sales Manager to:
    • Meet targets
    • Convert sales
    • Secure deposits within set guidelines
    • Coordinate with third parties (banks, solicitors, estate agents)
    • Progress sales smoothly to completion
  • Managing show homes:
    • Opening show homes
    • Organising Sales Information Centre presentations
    • Ensuring cleanliness, landscaping, and clear signage meet high standards
