Strong Portfolio – Represent world-renowned products with exceptional aftersales support. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. Prepare and present detailed proposals that address customer requirements including equipment, financing options, and operational benefits. Manage complex sales cycles, from initial contact through to contract negotiation, delivery, and aftersales support. Maintain accurate sales records and forecast using CRM systems. Qualifications & Skills: Proven sales experience preferably in materials handling, industrial equipment, or related sectors. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. Self-motivated with excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple opportunities. Competent in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Resilient, ambitious, and able to work independently with a strong customer focus. What You’ll Do Win new business through smart prospecting, cold calling, networking and referrals. Get under the skin of each customer’s operation — uncover what they really need and shape material handling solutions that genuinely add value. Build standout proposals using logistics analysis and warehouse optimisation tools that bring your recommendations to life. Negotiate and close complex deals — often with multiple finance options — confidently engaging stakeholders at every level. Own the full customer journey from first conversation to delivery, aftersales and long-term relationship management. Keep your pipeline sharp with disciplined CRM updates, accurate forecasting and clear visibility. What You’ll Bring Strong relationship-building skills — with the confidence to influence, negotiate and manage stakeholders. The ability to juggle multiple opportunities and build winning strategies across a busy patch. Solid skills in Microsoft 365, plus strong numeracy and commercial thinking.
