As a Sales Executive, you play a crucial role in Payter’s growth by generating new business opportunities across the UK or the Netherlands. In this high-energy role, you are the point of contact for outbound prospecting and building relationships to uncover where our technology adds value. While previous experience is beneficial, it’s not required, what matters most is your motivation, curiosity, and a strong drive to succeed. Working within our close-knit team, you will take ownership of your territory and ensure your impact is visible across the organization. Key Responsibilities You identify and uncover new business opportunities across our targeted verticals, acting as a strategic scout for Payter’s growth. You take ownership of outbound outreach—via email, phone, and social—to build and safeguard a strong, high-quality pipeline. You dive deep into Payter’s payment solutions, developing the intellectual curiosity needed to translate our technology into compelling value propositions. You conduct discovery calls to investigate prospective customers' challenges and uncover the "true meaning" of how our solutions can help them. You collaborate closely with Sales Managers to progress deals, ensuring a seamless transition and a unified approach to closing new business. You maintain accurate records within our CRM, making your progress and impact visible to the entire organization. You support and amplify marketing campaigns with targeted outbound activity, bridging the gap between our brand message and the market. You represent Payter with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity, acting as a guardian of our reputation in every interaction. A strong interest in sales and new business development (experience is a bonus, not a requirement). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Persistence, resilience, and a competitive mindset. Ability to operate effectively in a remote working environment. Motivation to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced scale-up environment. Fluency in English (Dutch is an advantage). What do we have to offer?
