What we’re looking for
Are you a high-performing sales professional with a passion for building new markets, winning enterprise clients, and making noticeable impact? Do you thrive in an entrepreneurial environment where you can influence growth, and own your success?
We are looking for our first UK-based Senior Sales Executive to spearhead our expansion in the British market. This is a unique opportunity to join an established international company with a proven screening software platform, while enjoying the autonomy and influence of a start-up environment.
Based in London, you will play a big role in introducing our market-leading screening and compliance solutions to HR and compliance professionals across the UK.
About the Role
As our first UK sales hire, you will be responsible for driving new business growth, building strategic client relationships, and helping define our UK go-to-market strategy. You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and pipeline generation to closing enterprise deals, supporting successful client onboarding and maintaining good client relationships. Your main focus summed up:
- Drive Revenue Growth
- Develop New Business
- Shape Our UK Market Strategy
- Deliver Value to Clients
- Collaborate Internationally
- Ensure Compliance Excellence
You'll join an ambitious international sales team with colleagues based in Amsterdam (HQ), Berlin, and Stockholm, and you'll help lay the foundation for our future UK team.
What you will do
A typical Tuesday for you involves a short cycle through the city, followed by a cup of coffee and a quick catch-up on your emails. A 15-minute update with the Sales Manager (based in Amsterdam) via Teams and then it’s time for two meetings you’ve scheduled with companies interested in our services.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

After lunch you kick off the afternoon with sales calls. You’ll ring different companies to arrange a meeting to convince them of the value of our services. After that, you have a meeting scheduled with a potential client with whom you’re already well into the sales process. They still have a few questions about our contract, particularly regarding the GDPR, which you’ll discuss and finalise with our Privacy Counsel during this meeting. Followed by another teams meeting with the international sales team to roadmap the UK sales – growth.
Finally, you’ll work on a contract for a client who wants to start screening. You’ll involve the key stakeholders within the organisation and set out clear agreements. Just a few more administrative tasks to ensure the information in Salesforce is up to date. To end the day, you call a company that just started screening to check in how it’s going. And then it’s already time to wrap up for the day. To unwind you use your vitality allowance for a sports class or a relaxing massage!
