Sales Executive – Gosforth (Newcastle), Permanent Full-Time
Role: Sales Executive (FWC – Fixed Term or Permanent – confirmed as Permanent on salary detail)
Location: Gosforth, Newcastle
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-time (40 hours per week)
Salary: £30,000 per annum
As a Sales Executive at our gym, you’ll bring enthusiasm, energy, and the ability to engage people effectively. You’ll specialise in matching individuals to products that align with their needs, all while driving sales performance and achieving personal and team goals.
About the Role
You’ll thrive in a sales-driven environment where creativity, relationship-building, and a keen attention to customer needs take centre stage.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspire and Motivate: Help customers achieve their health and fitness goals through engaging, motivating interactions.
- Personalise Memberships: Assess customers’ lifestyles and goals to recommend and sell gym membership packages.
- Customer Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional service with a warm, professional, and proactive approach.
- Drive Sales & KPIs: Consistently meet sales targets, track performance, and drive revenue growth.
- Networking & Community Engagement: Visit local businesses, participate in community events, and build awareness around our fitness facilities.
- Corporate Account Management: Act as an account manager for existing corporate gym partnerships, ensuring their needs are met.
- Promote a Healthy Lifestyle: Upskill clients by guiding them on services and health assessments.
