Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Ripley - Woking. The Sales Executive will identify and develop new business opportunities across construction, real estate, and commercial sectors, while maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients. Daily activities include prospecting, conducting sales calls and meetings, preparing quotes, and following up on inquiries to convert leads into orders. The role involves understanding client signage needs, advising on suitable products and print options, coordinating with the production team, and ensuring accurate order processing. The Sales Executive will also monitor market trends, maintain CRM records, and contribute to sales reporting and revenue growth targets.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within print, signage, construction, or related commercial services.
- Strong communication, and customer service skills, with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Ability to understand technical product details (materials, formats, print options) and explain them clearly to clients.
- Comfort with using CRM systems, email, and standard office software to manage pipelines and reporting.
- Results-oriented mindset with strong organization, time management, and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to work on-site in Woking, with occasional client visits and site meetings as required.
- Desirable: knowledge of construction or real estate sectors, and a valid driver’s license.
