About the Role
You’ll play a vital role as the first point of contact for customers, delivering friendly, professional service with a passion for sales and customer experience.
Your responsibilities include:
- Delivering exceptional customer satisfaction
- Handling advanced rentals, sales, and customer queries with a tailored approach
- Ensuring seamless vehicle fleet management and support across our branches
- Providing personalised recommendations for a premium customer experience
Training is built into the role—you’ll learn all about our vehicles and processes while unlocking growth opportunities in customer-centric operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Bespoke Customer Support – Engage customers effectively, turning every interaction into a customised experience.
- Drive Sales Initiatives – Close deals, upsell products, and build strong relationships while maintaining enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Batch, Organisation & Efficiency – Manage processes smoothly and efficiently, ensuring seamless operations in branch settings.
- Direct Vehicle & Fleet Coordination – Work with rental agreements, vehicle bookings, and fleet management with precision.
- Assume Full Responsibility on Shift – Act as a key team member, covering weekends, evenings, and holidays with dedication.

Requirements & Experience
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Have a passion for customer service and enjoy exciting sales environments
- Have direct customer-facing experience, whether in tourism, car rental, or sales
- Speak clear, articulate English as a core part of daily communication
- Hold a valid driver’s license with at least 12 months of driving experience
- Are energetic, flexible, and collaborative, prepared for shift work, including weekends and public holidays
- Are eager to learn and grow in a promotion-focused workplace
Compulsory Training Requirements (Pre-rental must be completed prior to conducting sales)
- Course Modules: Driver & Vehicle Checks; Customer Service (Face to Face, Supplied Customer Documentation; Marketing; Security; Licensing Check; Road Tax.)
- Year 1: Daily Operations; Business Ethics; Health & Safety; Data Protection (UK Data Protection Laws).

- Starting Take-Home Pay: £29,004 annually (including onboarding bonus potential)
- Base salary: £27,204.78 per year
- Initial bonus: £300/month for 6 months
- Uncapped bonus system enabling an Overall Target Earnings (OTE) of up to £60,000
