Sales Executive
Sales Executive – Sambrook’s Brewery Are you passionate about craft beer and building strong relationships? At Sambrook’s Brewery, we’re looking for a dynamic Trade Activation Executive to be a face of our brand, ensuring our customers receive top-quality service while driving sales and brand awareness across London.
About the Role
You’ll be on the front lines, working closely with our on-trade customers to:
- Maintain strong relationships
- Ensure smooth beer deliveries
- Champion our products
You’ll engage with customers across email, phone, social media, and in-person—promoting our beers and ensuring every pint poured reflects our quality. You’ll activate products in venues and drive vertical growth at every opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
- Drive sales by ensuring customers are happy with product, service, and support
- Collaborate with the operations team to guarantee smooth order placements and deliveries
- Provide marketing and cellar support to boost rate of sale and dispensing quality
- Identify at-risk accounts and take proactive steps for customer retention
- Educate customers and consumers about our beers via tastings and training sessions
- Represent Sambrook’s Brewery at promotions, tastings, and industry events
- Be flexible with evenings and weekends as required

What We’re Looking For
This is an entry-level role, but experience in sales, marketing, or hospitality—ideally within the food & beverage industry—holds strong value. On-trade sales experience is a plus.
Must-have traits:
- A passionate, sociable nature with ability to build relationships
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written & verbal)
- Proactive mindset to identify opportunities and take initiative
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team
- Must have passion for beer and the brewing industry with a positive attitude
