Sales Executive

Sales Executive – Hunter / Farmer

GRC Solutions | Remote

Are you a commercially driven sales professional who thrives on winning new business while growing and retaining existing client relationships? We are seeking a high-performing Sales Executive for a dynamic hunter / farmer role, responsible for delivering and exceeding £720,000 in annual revenue across our GRC Solutions portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys:

  • Converting opportunities into long-term commercial success

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead generation and new business development:

    • Win new business through proactive prospecting, networking, outreach, and conversion of qualified leads
  • Account management and retention:

    • Manage and grow existing customer accounts through renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities
  • Full sales cycle ownership:

    • Handle discovery and qualification
    • Develop proposals
    • Negotiate and close deals
    • Handover to relevant teams

    • Maintain a strong pipeline to consistently achieve and exceed £720,000+ annual revenue targets

  • ** CRM and forecasting excellence**:

    • Maintain rigorous CRM discipline, including reporting, forecasting, and opportunity management

Requirements & Experience

Essential

  • Proven track record in a hunter/farmer sales role (balancing new business generation with account growth and retention)
  • History of consistently achieving and exceeding ambitious sales targets (ideally £720,000+ annually or equivalent)
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Confidence in engaging senior stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Excellent commercial awareness, resilience, and drive
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, ideally Salesforce and Microsoft 365
