Sales Executive
Sales Executive – Hunter / Farmer
GRC Solutions | Remote
Are you a commercially driven sales professional who thrives on winning new business while growing and retaining existing client relationships? We are seeking a high-performing Sales Executive for a dynamic hunter / farmer role, responsible for delivering and exceeding £720,000 in annual revenue across our GRC Solutions portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys:

Key Responsibilities

Lead generation and new business development:
- Win new business through proactive prospecting, networking, outreach, and conversion of qualified leads

Account management and retention:
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts through renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities

Full sales cycle ownership:
- Handle discovery and qualification
- Develop proposals
- Negotiate and close deals
- Handover to relevant teams

Requirements & Experience
Essential
- Proven track record in a hunter/farmer sales role (balancing new business generation with account growth and retention)
- History of consistently achieving and exceeding ambitious sales targets (ideally £720,000+ annually or equivalent)
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills
- Confidence in engaging senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Excellent commercial awareness, resilience, and drive
- Proficiency in CRM tools, ideally Salesforce and Microsoft 365
