Sales Executive (Midlands) – Orthopaedics (UK)

Corin is a leading medical technology company specialising in Hip and Knee implants, LARS ligaments, robotic-assisted surgery (OMNI) and 3D planning tools (OPS). We are seeking a driven, proactive Sales Executive to grow our presence across the Midlands (covering Cheltenham, Gloucester, Worcester, Telford, Birmingham, Derby, Leicester and Northampton)

What you’ll do

  • Drive profitable sales growth across the assigned territory
  • Develop existing accounts and identify new business opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with surgeons and hospital stakeholders
  • Promote and support Corin’s orthopaedic portfolio and enabling technologies
  • Deliver product demonstrations, training, and in-theatre support
  • Maintain awareness of competitor products, market trends, and clinical publications
  • Work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Logistics, Finance, and R&D team

About You

  • Proven sales success within medical devices or orthopaedics - essential
  • Hunter mentality
  • Experience working in a surgical environment (hip and/or knee experience preferred)
  • Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a field-based role
  • Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills
  • Adaptable, resilient, and results-driven
  • Full clean UK driving licence
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
