Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to expand Move For Life AI’s presence in the Workplace Health & Safety and employer markets. In this role, you will lead business development efforts with employers, self-insured organizations, health plans, and third-party administrators (TPAs), positioning Move For Life AI as a brain-based safety, risk mitigation, and performance intelligence solution. You will sell to organizations focused on reducing incidents, controlling claims costs, improving safety culture, and supporting workforce readiness, especially in environments where human error, fatigue, and cognitive-motor performance matter most.

This role leads sales and business development across employers, health plans, managed care organizations, TPAs, and occupational health and risk management partners. It focuses on:
- Building and managing a strong sales pipeline
- Closing new business
- Exceeding revenue targets through strategic partnerships and consultative selling
The role educates clients on Move For Life AI’s ability to measure brain agility, adaptivity, coordination, and functional readiness, working closely with HR, safety, risk, and benefits leaders to address workplace safety risks, claims costs, and workforce readiness challenges. It positions the solution as a proactive tool for cognitive-motor risk identification, safer decision-making, and enhanced safety and return-to-work programs. Additionally, the role develops long-term stakeholder relationships, supports onboarding and account growth, collaborates cross-functionally on go-to-market strategy, represents the company at industry events, and tracks market trends and sales performance to refine sales strategy and drive sustained growth.
