Position Overview
Contract Type: Permanent, full-time
Salary: OTE up to £50,000 per annum plus company car! (Includes £25,000 basic plus uncapped commission)
Hours: 44 hours per week:
- Monday–Friday: 08:30 – 18:00
- Saturday: 09:00 – 17:00
- Sunday: 10:00 – 16:00 (One day off per week + weekends on rotation basis)
About the Role
We at Mercedes-Benz of Brighton are recruiting for an ambitious and experienced Sales Executive to join our hardworking and friendly team on-site.
Specialising in either new car or used car sales, you will work closely with our passionate sales team to provide first-class customer service.
As a key member of our sales family, you’ll:
- Be a team of excellent communicators, building strong rapport with both colleagues and customers.
- Deliver tailored financial solutions to support deals.
- Pay close attention to customer details to understand needs.

Responsibilities
- Communicating with customers via email, telephone and in person
- Suggesting suitable vehicles based on customer needs
- Arranging and accompanying customers on test drives
- Negotiating final sale prices
- Completing relevant paperwork for each transaction
- Liaising across departments to enhance customer service

Ideal Candidate Profile
Preliminary experience in sales or the motor trade is preferred but not essential. We welcome motivated talent at all career stages!
