The hotel offers 39 individually styled bedrooms, including 18 suites, along with the decadent L'oscar Restaurant, Baptist Bar, and distinctive event spaces for both intimate and larger gatherings. Its theatrical, French-inspired design set within a historic British building creates a dramatic and luxurious urban escape for guests seeking a memorable stay.
Role Description
Responsible for delivering efficient administration and exceptional client service by managing event correspondence, contracts, deposits, calendars, databases, and event documentation while ensuring compliance with data protection standards. Supports the successful planning and execution of events by working closely with operational teams, maintaining high service standards, resolving guest issues professionally, and contributing to staff development. Drives revenue growth by maximising enquiry conversions, building long-term client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and promoting upselling to increase business yield.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in hotel or luxury hospitality sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and conversion targets.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the ability to develop and maintain long-term client partnerships.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including confident in-person, phone, and email interaction with diverse clients.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, sales reporting tools, and basic office software (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering a luxury guest and client experience.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional hotel teams.
- Relevant education in hospitality, business, or a related field is beneficial; additional languages are an advantage.
