- Company car included as part of your package
- No experience? No problem! Full training and a structured onboarding programme are provided to set you up for success.

- Sundays are yours — we’re closed, so you can truly recharge
What You’ll Do
As a Sales Executive, you’ll play a key role in representing the dealership while guiding customers through their car buying journey from start to finish—welcoming them into the dealership, arranging and conducting test drives, and clearly presenting vehicle, finance, insurance, and accessory options in a compliant way. You’ll ensure everything is transparent, suitable, and aligned to customer needs, always acting with integrity and in the best interests of the customer.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
You’ll take the time to understand each individual’s requirements and match them with the right solution, building strong relationships that turn first-time buyers into loyal, repeat customers. You’ll engage with customers in person, online, over the phone, and via video, so confidence with technology and clear, friendly communication are essential.
Working to achievable targets, you’ll be supported by an experienced management team in a collaborative environment that values great service, rapport building, and teamwork just as much as sales skills—which is why many of our top performers come from retail or hospitality backgrounds.
What We’re Looking For
- Have experience in retail, hospitality, leisure or customer-facing sales
- Are confident, motivated and enjoy speaking to people
- Excellent organisation skills – able to manage a busy diary, prioritise effectively, and follow key processes
- Like working towards targets and being rewarded for success
- Want a career where effort is properly recognised
- A full driving licence (manual & automatic).
We’re looking for someone enthusiastic, motivated, and committed to doing the right thing, who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and enjoys helping customers make informed decisions while delivering a great experience.
