Field Sales Representative - Unilever

Full Time | Permanent | Monday - Friday (40 hrs)

£27,976 + up to 10% bonus (OTE £30,773) | Company car

Territory: Halifax, Bradford South and surrounds

Working for Smollan, you'll represent Unilever - working across major grocery stores like Asda, Sainsbury's, Morrisons, as well as Boots and popular discounters such as B&M.

What You’ll Be Doing

This is a hands-on, field-based role where no two days are the same. You will:

  • Visit a variety of stores across your territory
  • Build strong relationships with store managers and teams
  • Ensure products are fully stocked and easy to find
  • Set up eye-catching displays and promotions
  • Fix gaps on shelves and spot sales opportunities
  • Use simple mobile apps to report activity and share insights
