Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based at the Group 1 CUPRA dealership in Ipswich. The Sales Executive will engage with customers in the showroom, by phone, and online to understand their needs, present suitable CUPRA vehicles, and guide them through the purchasing process. - Completing all necessary sales documentation in line with regulatory and company standards

The role involves maintaining up-to-date product knowledge, following up leads, managing a personal sales pipeline, and contributing to dealership sales targets. The Sales Executive will also collaborate with service and parts teams to support aftersales needs and help ensure a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in automotive sales or a similar retail sales environment, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills, including active listening, clear communication, and professional presentation.
- Basic understanding of vehicle features, finance products, and the ability to explain information in a clear, accessible way.
- Competence with digital tools and dealership systems for managing leads, preparing quotations, and maintaining accurate records.
- Ability to work on-site in Ipswich, including weekends and peak trading times, with a flexible and team-oriented approach.
- Full UK driving licence and a safe, responsible driving record.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple customer enquiries and follow-ups efficiently.
- Prior experience with CUPRA or other automotive brands, and knowledge of the local market, is beneficial but not essential.
