Salary: From £28k, plus uncapped bonus scheme
Hours: 40 hours per week (including weekends)

We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our St Albans showroom and help customers bring their projects to life.
The Role
This is more than a traditional sales role. You'll provide expert product advice, prepare quotations, and guide customers through the entire sales journey, from enquiry to order.

Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with customers and convert enquiries into sales.
- Provide product and design advice for fencing, gates, and screening solutions.
- Prepare accurate quotations using customer measurements and specifications.
- Follow up leads and maximise sales opportunities.
- Support customers in the showroom and over the phone.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
- Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain excellent product knowledge across the Charles & Ivy range.
About You
You'll be someone who enjoys helping customers and has a passion for sales.
Ideally, you'll have:
- Previous sales experience.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Good numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Confidence interpreting customer measurements (training provided).
- A proactive, positive attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills.
- A full UK driving licence.
