Sales Executive

Sales Executive – Fast-Growing Commercial Business

Location: Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire Hours: Office-based, Monday to Friday Salary: £25,000–£30,000 + OTE (On Target Earnings) £2,000–£4,000


About the Role

You’ll be joining a growing commercial business specialising in fuel solutions for organisations across the UK. As a Sales Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in new business generation—speaking with companies, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions that deliver real value.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Making outbound calls to potential business customers using a high-quality database
  • Handling inbound enquiries, clearly explaining pricing, products, and service options
  • Delivering confident, structured sales conversations, highlighting value
  • Asking the right questions to understand customer needs and recommend the best solution
  • Keeping CRM records accurate and up to date
  • Managing objections professionally and resolving customer queries with care
  • Working towards—and exceeding—personal and team KPIs

Requirements

  • Open to backgrounds in B2B or B2C sales OR customer service, with the desire to transition into sales
  • College leavers, marketing graduates, or early-career professionals encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Confident, resilient, and motivated by targets
  • Organised, detail-focused, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
