Sales Executive – Fast-Growing Commercial Business
Location: Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire Hours: Office-based, Monday to Friday Salary: £25,000–£30,000 + OTE (On Target Earnings) £2,000–£4,000
About the Role
You’ll be joining a growing commercial business specialising in fuel solutions for organisations across the UK. As a Sales Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in new business generation—speaking with companies, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions that deliver real value.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Making outbound calls to potential business customers using a high-quality database
- Handling inbound enquiries, clearly explaining pricing, products, and service options
- Delivering confident, structured sales conversations, highlighting value
- Asking the right questions to understand customer needs and recommend the best solution
- Keeping CRM records accurate and up to date
- Managing objections professionally and resolving customer queries with care
- Working towards—and exceeding—personal and team KPIs
Requirements
- Open to backgrounds in B2B or B2C sales OR customer service, with the desire to transition into sales
- College leavers, marketing graduates, or early-career professionals encouraged to apply
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Confident, resilient, and motivated by targets
- Organised, detail-focused, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
