Sales Executive – Revenue Growth
Company Description
At Kinetic Alliance, we create high-impact B2B events that connect senior decision-makers with the world's leading technology providers. For over 37 years, we've delivered bespoke private dinners, executive roundtables, roadshows, and one-day events across Europe and the US, helping our clients generate pipeline, strengthen Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies, and accelerate sales. Our success is built on creating meaningful business conversations, delivering exceptional experiences, and developing long-term partnerships that drive measurable commercial results. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an ambitious Sales Executive to join our Bristol team and play a key role in driving new business and revenue growth.
The Role
This is a full-time, office-based position in the heart of Bristol. As a Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with senior decision-makers, and generating revenue through sponsorship, event partnerships, and strategic commercial opportunities. This is a consultative sales role where you'll manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach through to negotiation and closing deals, while building long-term client relationships.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
