Sales Executive
Location: Salford – Hybrid (3 days from home, 2 days in the Salford office) Salary: £24,479 per annum (plus £3,500 OTE) Hours: 35 per week Contract: Permanent

As a Sales Executive at Red Cross Training, you’ll:
- Help keep us at the forefront of first aid education.
- Connect with customers, understand their needs, and guide them to training solutions.
- Join a team driven by compassion and purpose.

Key Responsibilities
- Speak with customers via inbound and outbound calls to promote first aid training.
- Build relationships and identify opportunities for additional sales.
- Respond to enquiries with professionalism and care.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and booking systems.

Requirements
To succeed as a Sales Executive, you’ll need:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in closing sales and handling objections.
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
- A self-motivated, target-driven mindset.
