🏘️ Sales Executives – New Build Housing
📍Derbyshire/Leicestershire
💰 Up to £38,000 + Excellent Commission
Due to regional growth we are recruiting for experienced New Homes Sales Executives in Derbyshire & Leicestershire
The Role
- Delivering an outstanding customer journey from enquiry to completion
- Conducting property demonstrations and handling customer enquiries professionally
- Building strong relationships with customers, solicitors, estate agents, and mortgage advisors
- Maintaining accurate sales records and site administration
- Ensuring show homes, marketing suites, and sales materials are presented to a high standard
- Monitoring competitor activity and local market trends
- Supporting marketing initiatives and promotional events
- Achieving agreed sales and financial targets

Skills & Experience
- Previous experience within sales or a customer-facing role
- New Homes experience desirable but not essential
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Professional, motivated, and customer-focused approach
- Good IT and administration skills including Microsoft Office
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
- Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays
